Not to mention all the Full Houses! Damn.
Odds/probability of flopping a full house (using both of your pocket cards) from two non-pair cards would be 1087 to 1 or 0.09% chance.
Would someone at Prominence care to share some math with me?
-If I get two pair on the flop my chances to hit a Full House by the river should roughly be 16%
-If I flop three of a kind my chances to hit a Full House by the river should roughly be 30%
How on Earth are we seeing so many full boats? (like 73% more). I know we play more hands than live poker but the math still doesnt add up. My only guess is the game is geared for "action".
Devs? Id still like to hear some knowledge...
Thats the problem, what you see is not what other people see. You could do some math, write down the hands of one session and count the full houses. Im pretty sure the count is somehting between 2 and 3 ;)
When you play poker with your friends you play like 120 hands in 3-4 hours. Now lets say you played 10 of this sessions. Probably you would have seen 2-3 full houses in 4 sessions and 1-2 full houses in the other 6 sessions.
If you play poker online you got a card dealer. Here you play like 220 hands in 2 hours. If you dont have any afks on your table or very slow players. Now you can do your math and calculate how often you see a full house on average in one session.
Same for flushes, of course it has a higher probability as a full house.
