If you see (BB) over your head two hands in a row, tell me exactly when it happened, down to the minute, and I'll investigate.
You could see (SB) over your head two hands in a row in a ring game, but not in a tournament.
You could see two or more (BB)'s and/or (SB)'s in one hand in a ring game, but not in a tournament. In other words, there could be multiple players at the table with (BB) over their head, or multiple players at the table with (SB) over their head, at the same time, and that is ok.
