Rep bonus list

Anyone got info on all the rep bonuses that they can add so we have a list online. Ive got a few to help.

Bully: Raising against a raise on the turn.

Muck It: Showing at least one card at the end of the hand.

Clairvoyant: Folding after flop & losing if you stayed in.

Duelist: Playing a hand until the end.

Dealt In: Played the flop.

River Trollin: Betting on the the last card

All Up In It: Going all in and winning.

Win Streak: Winning 2 hands in a row or more.

Freebie: Folding Pre flop.

Schooled: Calling raises and winning

Win Streak: Win two hands in a row

First runner up: Placing Second in a casual tournament.

schooled: not sure, but i think you must bet on the river (perhaps it's ok even on the flop or turn), someone raises and you raise again. and of course you have to win!

Anyone know how you get, First runner up rep?. I just saw it in casual tournament after losing.

Yes, would seem pretty obvious for that reason. Never seen it for second place during a ranked tournament though.

So, for "Dealt In", I don't think getting to the flop is correct. I just played my first head-to-head tourney, and I got the bonus every hand, even when folding before the flop. So, I think it actually corresponds to blinds. I think you get it anytime you are the small or big blind.
Can anyone else confirm this?

Also, for "Freebie", you only get the bonus if you haven't yet put any chips in when you fold. If you are one of the blinds, you won't get the bonus, even if you fold pre-flop.
