Lost connection to the game during a 6 man tournament. Restarted the computer twice trying to reenter the game. Once i'd rejoined the game on both accassions it just put me in queue. Rank showed me as silver. Third time relog and it shows me as low bronze rank so i guess i lost eventually.

Pre update if I had an issue it would just rejoin me into the previous game!.

It will rejoin you as before, but unlike before, it won't let you be disconnected for the remainder of the game. You'll get booted after a while - currently set to 5-1/2 minutes plus a minute for every remaining player in the game (not counting you). But it sounds like you got back to the game in time the first couple times, if it was still showing your old rating. I'll look into it.

It did not join me like before, instead it put me into requeuing a game it was really irritating. This happened yesterday to a friend - I got a friend invite on this table and that person disconnected whilst a high chip holder with 5 players still playing. 1 hour later im still playing against his character and he was spamming steam chat with I cant rejoin am I still there. I got knocked out and he got second place....

Server logs show that you lost connection on 7/4 at 8:44:38pm,
and then you successfully rejoined at 8:48:29,
then you disconnected again at 8:50:08,
then you rejoined again at 8:50:45,
then you disconnected again at 8:51:28,
then you were booted from the game for being gone too long at 8:59:58.

The UI shows the same thing when rejoining as it does when searching, although the message should have been "Game Starting" instead of "Finding...", and it should have been showing the loading progress bar.

I really need your client logs to investigate further, but unfortunately client logs aren't sent for disconnections (people disconnect all the time for reasons outside our control and we were getting inundated with useless logs). Please let me know if it keeps happening - I might have to turn those logs back on.

As it has happened to me and two friends whilst ive been in the same game there is no point putting the issue down to us. Needs fixing.

It shows as finding match 5/5 and doesnt let players back into the game.

well I just leveled up while in queue screen "finding ideal match" (spinning wheel) so at least im still getting XP from the tounament it kicked me out of

It shows higher rating for awhile then is will show you the real deal once it kicks you. Its not fair on other players because it puts you into a timeout state so you're folding whilst the high chip player murders everyone else. Could be a good thing I guess.

I just experienced almost the exact same prob as Ace, I have been dc'ed numerous times today, and the last time I was in a 6 player ranked tourney, I tried I don't know how many times to get back on the table b 4 giving up. and each time I tried to get back in my ranking number would go up i.e. I started at 1064, first time I tried to come back in it showed 1069, then 1075 etc. but would NOT let me re-enter the table. the cards have been bad enuf lately without issues even being able to stay in game

when I came on later I found that it put me out at 3rd, got 3 points. but I guess that's better than losing points, Klosch I think had the same issue and was put out at 5th

Please post exact times of disconnection so I can look for server logs. Please describe what you see. The rejoin process should take you directly from the Enter Prominence screen to the ranked lobby searching/loading screen, which should show 'Game Starting' and the loading progress bar at the bottom.

Is this only 6-player, or is it also H2H?

How are you getting disconnected - do you get an error popup which returns you to the title screen when you click OK?

6 player only for me, showing finding game on relog, think the game just became unresponsive so no error message. Not experienced any disconnections since.
