Day 6 bachelor bug

I'm supposed to get blood from several women in the town to check if they're a plague carrier. Talked to anna who sent me on the path that eventually lead to me getting Clara's blood. When I go to the microscope checking her blood doesn't move the quest forward and Anna's Blood isn't in my inventory. Also, Rubin was supposed to give me something earlier in the day but that didn't appear in my inventory either.

Am I missing something(again) or is this bugged? If so will I be forced to restart or could I put the items in my inventory using the dev console?

Was your inventory full by any chance? Because that would mean that the items were dropped on the floor instead of going in your inventory.

Oh, weird. Do dropped items show up in the game world? Didn't see anything when I went back to rubins but it's possible as I wasn't staring at the floor.

They appear as brown sacks lying on the floor.

Note that all dropped items, including quest items crucial to story, will disappear after a while.

Lol, yeah. If that's what happened the bags are gone. Is there a way to spawn the items in using the dev console? Really don't want to restart the entire game.

Go to Clara after u checked her blood and talk to her about it
