Spoilers! What ending do you prefer?

Don't read if you haven't played all three characters and their endings...

I think with the bachelor scenario, destroying the town was unnecessary, I wasn't particularly happy with this decision.

I think the Haruspex scenario is the one I agree with as he will destroy the polyhedron, but it will give him access to a cure.

It was sad playing the Changeling scenario when I had to go aound asking for sacrifices. I understand "the good of the many" theory, but it was a bummer. So I didn't agree with this decision.

So, in summary, if it can be said there was a "correct" decision, I prefer the Haruspex one.

I agree, I think the Haruspex ending fits the best, I also think that fits most with my own interpretation of the meta-narrative being about gaming finding its own unique voice as an artform, as the town is representing gaming and mimicking other artforms like cinema with its ancient stories it has stolen from elsewhere (i.e. other mediums), despite the fact the town itself is only a month old.

Honestly, I both dreaded and loved playing this game, it was so difficult. Probably one of my favorites. Really looking forward to the remake.

I don't think there is The One True Ending in this game at all. They are all true to some extent, representing three diffirent ideologies. It is for the player to decide the fate of the Town.
However, I did like Haruspex's ending the mostsince I loathe the Polyhedron to death and care about the town enough not to let the Utopians destroy it . Klara's ending seemed right to me at first but then I realised that she not only dooms 7 people to their death but also leaves this place in stagnation because it cannot evolve any further if both the Polyhedron and the Town are still standing. But the girl's ending does fit her.
