[BACHELOR DAY 12 SPOILERS] Where is Artemy and Clara?

On day 12, I've saved all the Bound, my own and those of Haruspex and the Changeling, but neither are appearing in the cathedral so I only have two ending choices when talking to Blok. I spoke to them at the start of the day to get the mission to save their Bound but after I healed everyone, the two of them just disappeared. I checked the Termitary, Town Hall, Factory, The Rod, the places they usually hang out, but they are nowhere to be found. I would really appreciate some help!

So you have to go round, heal all the Bound, attend the "extra meetings", run back to Haruspex and Changeling, tell them "come to the meeting please", then go to the Cathedral when it is actually time for the meeting to start. The best strategy is to start healing all the Bound very early in the morning so you have more than enough time to run all over Town as required.

Clara is in the Termitary, but not the block that Taya Tycheek is in.
Burakh is in the entrance to the "prison" block of the factories.

Thanks for the quick reply! Those places are where I spoke to them at the start of the day, to get the mission to heal their Bound, but once I returned, they were gone. Though the clock was past 7 pm (even though I hadn't entered the cathedral) so maybe I had to heal their Bound and tell Artemy and Clara to come to the cathedral before then? I'm not really sure.
