I need the full SUBTITLE!

I've just started this game and found that there's no subtitle in the very first location. When two people are talking in the middle of the hall.
I'm not native English speaker so I need subtitle everywhere. Background chat, cutscene, whatever!
Devs, consider the non native speakers more carefully!

@vividvim, we apologize, but the subtitles are not there not because of the lack of thought on our side, but due to technical difficulties. The game is old and uses a homebrew engine—one that was not created with subtitles in mind. We simply have no reasonable way to add them.

However, the dialogue in that first scene is really mostly flavour—and it's the only case of a long unsubtitled scene. It's not a solution, really, but I could probably post the script of the dialogue here if you want.

Other than the mime performances in the theater which are completely optional I don't think there's any other voiced dialogue, aside from random short lines that all the important NPCs say when you approach them, and those are mostly kinda meaningless (or sometimes even spoil things you're not really supposed to know yet...). 99% of all dialogue, and ALL the important dialogue is text only.

I understand that this forum is quite old but I couldn't find another source for the script of another way of contacting you. I've recently started a new game of pathologic (it's not my first time but it may as well be). I'm playing the remaster (gog version) but I really like the Russian language and VO so I installed both versions and placed the Russian Sounds.vfs file into my English installation so I can have English text and Russian VO. because the theatre scenes have no subtitles I have no idea whats going on. A lot of time's past since you offered to provide the script but if you are still in possession of it and were able to share then that'b great. I know these scenes aren't essential (I love the Russian VO and think it adds a lot to the world and is definitely worth not being able to understand those scene) so if you are unable to provide the script then no worries.

Really late to this thread, and just started today, but if it’s available I’d like to see the script to read post game if possible
