MSVCP71.dll error
If you have like me the MSVCP71.dll launch error since the last patch 27-03-2019.
1 download msvcp71.dll AND msvcr71.dll
2 copy both of them to: Steam\SteamApps\common\Florensia\Bin

You can find the dll here: http://www.telecharger-dll.fr/

After doing what you advised, I'm receiving a new error code: "0xc000007b" and the game won't start either.
Got no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clue what it means and if sth else is now broken by following your instructions...

PS: Not sure if it matters but my notebook is a completely new Acer Aspire 3, with the most recent drivers, Windows 10 and x64-Bit Processor

error code: "0xc000007b" is a windows error code. Sorry my solution is only for the missing msvcp71.dll AND msvcr71.dll files.
