Can't play on custom stages anymore

I bought R.o.E. a couple of days ago, not even a full week as of me writing this, and I've playing it a little bit; for the most part, I've been downloading custom characters/stages and trying them out on practice mode. Anyways, when I booted up the game, chose my character and went to the stage select screen none of the custom stages wouldn't show up, it wouldn't show the two arrows at the bottom right that lets you toggle back and forth between Rival's stages and the custom ones. I thought that it was a simple bug at first, so I decided to just restart my PC and see if that would fix it; however, it wouldn't. I already had the beta section set to workshop prior to this bug, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to download them in the first place. I checked online to see if anyone had similar issues, but I couldn't find any answers. I'd really appreciate if any of you could help me out. I might've even toggled a setting that "turned off" custom stages by accident, but I don't think that's the case. Thanks in advance!

It might be that after the last update, it was automatically turned off, you can check that on the character select screen, on the upper edge of the screen should be a menu where you can change that stuff (and more)
If you did check that already, I'm sorry, I didn't know. Also, then I have no idea.
