Rivals is crashing with Parsec

I'm having some trouble with Rivals and Parsec. I'm using the workshop, and it goes fine for a few matches, and then the game suddenly crashes during the transition from the char select screen to the stage select screen. This really hinders the gameplay and makes the game less fun and more tedious having to wait for it to boot up every 5-10 mins. Is there anything I can do to stop the constant crashing?

I found the issue I was having. It looks like if someone tries to open the workshop character select while someone else is play testing or vice versa, the game crashes. After i found that out we actively avoided doing that and the problems stopped. Hope that helps.
