Mayflash adapter wont work for Rivals anymore.
I wanted to play Melee on dolphin. So this video allowed me to actually get it to work.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uPOxsunNjP8

However this screwed up the pc slider on the device and I now can't even use any of my gamecube controllers on d-input. x360ce. does anyone know how I can revert this process found in the video?

If you didn't set a restore point you can roll back to you should still be able to uninstall the zadig driver manually which might fix it.

If you're using a mayflash adapter on PC mode you shouldn't need any drivers or software like x360ce to play with a GCC on dolphin or on Rivals. Try uninstalling that kind of software if you don't need it for other stuff since that could also be messing with your setup.

Thanks for responding etalus! The last day has been sleepless hours for me. I tried all 3 rollback times and it wouldn't allow me to go through with the rollbacks. Saying that there was an error that did not let files be removed. The Zadig program I hypothesize messed with the coding for the PC mode, making it completely useless in d-input. My computer won't even pick up any of the ports. However it still works for only dolphin in WiiU mode only. I'm almost tempted to factory reseting my pc so I don't have to buy another small laptop just to play this game.

Okay I just spent maybe 3 hours looking for a solution to this, and I finally found one. Sorry for the post 3 years later.

You want to first go to your device manager. You do this by going to the windows search bar, typing in "Device Manager" and hitting enter.

Now you want to find the "Game Cube Adapter" which should be under the "Universal Serial Bus devices" section.

Right Click -> Update Driver -> Browse my computer to driver software -> Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer.

Now find select the option that is NOT Game Cube Adapter and select it. From here it should restore your driver so that you can use it again!

that broke after like a month, so i spent a few days waiting for the official gamecube controller to show up.
got it and realized i misread everything and this wasnt usb and im an idiot. so i got the official adapter. waited a few days then realized "oh whoops that of course doesnt work with rivals!!! epicl#fail!" so i spent another few days waiting for the mayflash to show up and then i almost screwed it up immediately by downloading the zadig driver.

i almost threw my computer out of this universe because i thought i permanetly messed everything up, but this finally ended my misery, Thank You somuch
