I have a character I want in workshop, but no workshop experience.
If anyone could make the character, or give me some guidance on making the character that would be pretty cool.
So the character is from an obscure flash game called "Two-Timin Towers".

My concept is basically how the mechanics of the game work. It is a tower defense game where your own towers hurt you in addition to hurting the enemies. The Engineer has a wrench that causes a knockback force to enemies and it will also reflect any projectiles.

The concept in rivals is similar where the Engineer will place down the turrets on the stage and each has a different way of working. However, all projectiles work in the same way. The projectiles get reflected by any of the Engineer's attacks where he uses his wrench, and will have knockback in the direction they are reflected in. But if non-reflected projectiles don't do knockback and only deal damage. In order to place buildings, you need the materials for it, which get dropped when the opponent takes damage and are entirely random what is dropped. Preferably, the drop amount scales with knockback
Materials float in the air instead of being dropped and opponents can pick them up to deny you specific materials
The drops include one type for each turret, as well as sometimes getting bombs

Engineer's specials:

Neutral special: Build menu
Places a turret of choice, as long as you have the materials for it. All turrets can be hit to launch them diagonally
Quad-shot: Shoots projectiles in the 4 main directions. Up, Right, Left, and down
Octo-shot: Shoots projectiles in 8 directions. In addition to quad's directions, it also shoots up-left, up-right, down-right, and down-left. Also shoots slower than Quad-shot and deals more damage
Lock-on: Will lock on to the closest target and shoot a projectile that is faster than Quad and Octo, but it has a slower fire rate and more or equal damage to Octo.
Spinner: Shoots the fastest, but the direction that it is fired is constantly spinning
Wall: Spawns a wall in the direction of choice. It only takes 5 hits from anything (including turret projectiles) and is moved by getting hit directly. It spawns right in front of you, making it possible to drop it off stage.

Side Special: Bomb
You use place of your bombs, hurts you as well. Can be hit to knock it around, but hitting it also shortens the timer by a short amount so hitting it may explode you if you weren't paying attention to the timer.

Down special: magnet
Pretty much just shovel knight neutral special

Then for his other attacks, I only have a few ideas
Dair: it's a basic spike with the wrench, but it also Pogos you up if you hit anything (Including turret projectiles)
Bair: One of his few non-wrench moves. It is just the Mario Fair
Ftilt: A wrench swing that isn't very strong against opponents, but sends turret projectiles really fast.

Again, I don't have any experience with making characters so help learning how to make it or someone else making it would be appreciated
