Orcane Side Special "Trick"

I was playing a match with a fellow "Rival" and he, ( I assume), pointed out a move I was using. Apperently, this "Trick" of mine isn't seen ofton, and I'm gonna fix that.

So, Orcane's side special is a basic dash/teleport right? Well, you can alter your tredjectory by pressing any of the directions, (I use keybord, arrow keys), while in mid-action. This is fun to use to play mindgames with our opponent. You could use this to go down or stay in place, and still have the same effect of a dash hitting your opponent.

Anyways, just a fun trick I've been using. Enjoy the info. :D

I don't think I've ever seen an Orcane player that doesn't do this, if not on purpose at least by accident.

You might also be interested to know that Orcane's Side B also becomes vastly more powerful if you start the teleport on top of a puddle.

I've never seen an orcane use that trick (the sideB to down). And the puddles are obvious.

Not everyone knows about this or else I would see more Orcanes use this. There are many Orcanes that just use this special and ALWAYS go the max distance.

Also just one more check...are you sure you understood what he said? He wasn't just talking about controlling the distance, he was talking about pressing down over and over during the side special to jutter downwards.

Yes and I dont see barely anyone use this. I said how most people use it which is just going the max distance. This means that I only see people use the special to go to the side.
