What are the best/funniest workshop creations under the radar?

The Collector from LittleBigPlanet is probably the most obscure character I know of who's fun to use but I also never see any acknowledgment of Roxey Aoreolum, Hsien-Ko, or Finik (not to be confused with Fennek) & they're really fun.

Also, I doubt most people know about Joke Explainer since she was added to the Smol Nozomi mod sometime long after Smol Nozomi's initial release. You can find her 2 spaces to the left in Smol Nozomi's alts. Her moveset is a variation of Smol Nozomi's.

Also, I think people mostly forgot about Noelle (Snowgrave) after a normal Noelle mod came out but she's really fun.
