Why is Etalus the only character with a DACUS?

What is a DACUS?

everyone has a dacus in brawl and PM, also its quite silly on etalus who can up smash to the other side of the stage with ice

zetter has a DACUS, kragg has a similar technique where you jump cancel upsmash out of sideb on hit. Characters like absa and maypul dont need it cuz it doesnt fit their play style or moveset.

the game was designed so that way every characters playstyle fit while implementing DACUS. This game's characters where designed to feel more unique so they wouldn't all share game mechanics. for this reason I don't think they should all support DACUS. It's what makes the few that use this special. If they were too, every character would have to be tooled in a new way. They characters that don't use this mechanic would have to be built around a new playstyle and even the characters that currently use this mechanic, would have to be adjusted and re-balanced for all the characters that can now use that against them.

Im pretty sure everyone doesn't have a daccus in pm and I don't think anyone else should get a daccus in rivals. daccus should be exclusive to etalus because of how his character is designed with all the jump canceling and constant burst movement. I don't even think zetter should have one because he doesn't even need it but giving everyone a daccus would ruin it's charm
