D pad not working

I would play this game if the d pad worked, anyone know of a fix or a solution to change movement to the dpad?

When launchine the game, go to "Options" then "Gamepad and profiles", click on "Profile" then on "New", put your name (You'll need to select that profile every time you launch the game). Click on "Complete", then "Gamepad", then click on "Custom" and now you can setup your controls, go to the second page, you'll see a D-Pad with a button written "Off" on it, just put it on "Walk" or "Run", click the check mark at the bottow, on you're done !
