How to get gold skins for characters
Is it on the steam store or somewhere else? also what characters have gold skins

I don't know but I've seen people with gold skins too like, for every character and I don't mean like the buy the zetterburn plush kind of gold skin I mean actual gold skin...

I think you need to get gold on ranked to get them. It's wrote somewhere on the patch note
