How the hell do you fight elliana?

I know the best idea would to probably get close so she cant spam her specials, but how the hell are you meant to do that in the first place? She can hold charge on her missiles to mess with parries, and her close up attacks can completely wall you out and get you back in range of more projectile spam. Plus she can fire missiles at an insanely fast rate aswell and alter the angles. Also she has her get out of jail free card recovery that I know she is helpless after, but the explosion comes on with barely any warning and if you get hit by it, she can safely land while you are in hitstun, this also resets her steam so she can spam more projectiles. Its just am endless cycle that so far, Ive only seen zetterburn, clairen and wrastor able to stand a chance against the aerial behemoth

Ironically, she can do ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in the air. If you can keep away from her steam while approaching there is basically risk-free, since she can only launch starting at like 140% with anything that isn't an Overheat smash attack.

Um...the best way to defeat Elliana is zone her. Meaning, try to predict where she is going. Mix up alot of short hop aerials and dash attacks to confuse the player. When she uses her recovery, try to up-air or n-air where you think the player is going to land. Believe I know, I've beaten multiple Elliana players using this same tactic. I use Kragg by the way.

She can mess with the timing of firing, but she does HAVE to fire, so if you're patient and have good reaction time, you can parry her missiles. My advice is to try and take the center of the stage as soon as you can, a lot of her early kill options rely on you being near the ledge
