C-Stick Nair?

I used c-stick nair a lot in sm4sh. I was wondering if there was some kind of hidden control thing or a mod that would let me use it?

Nah in Smash 4 you could move the C-stick diagonally do either do a jab (grounded) or a nair (in the air). My preference was to move the C-stick to the bottom left corner to approach with a nair.
I can see where the confusion comes up though.
