How do I enter a code for DLC?

I have my code for Excalibur but I can't find where to enter it. Pls help!

On the top-letft, look for "Games". Click it, then "Activate a Product on Steam" should come down.

Personally I guess I understand the reason it's not just a "here's your code" but I don't own a Twitter account, otherwise I'd subscribe... but there's six other hidden actions too?
I'm sure one would also require a facebook at this point. Sad, I kinda want to check it out but not when it's making me have to get onto other social media formats just to do so. :c

This is ridiculous. They want me to jump through 8 (!) whoops to get a colour? What, do I look like a circus bear? Very presumptious of you to expect everyone to have or want a Twitter account.
I can live very well without the "skin". I'm just bewildered by the method decided necessary to unlock it asking for a shopping list of social media nonsense. I don't see a correlation between some in-game item and having to interact with dataminers. Couldn't this rather have been something that you do through gameplay? I'd have much preferred to unlock it via playing the Aether challenge Alpharad went through.

I'd love that... Do what he did to unlock it!

That or $4.99 skin like the others... Less special like that, I'd -love- to just be able to unlock it via "traditional" means.
