Completed the game, but did not jump the achievement of "With Flying Colours"

I've finished the game. But the end is back to a gray scene similar to the opening. I thought it was stuck, so I quit. Resulting in not seeing the plot and mom behind. Re-playing the university level can't trigger the plot. Does anyone know how to trigger the achievement?
