There is no response when I use mouse to click something(鼠标点击无反应)
After I enter the game, the mouse is totally unavailable, but the keyboard is fine. There is no response when I click any icon, which means I can not even chose a character.

Go into the options, make sure to disable gamepad.
Another thing is you can use the keyboard for all menu interactions
