Whats the difference between this game and the other version?

all i know theres like 2-3 enemies that arent in the other game
cause i picked it up from the free keep sale just dunno if its worth playing since i played the other game a few times already

did you read the title? i already played the definitive edition a few times and this game is apparantly the same just dont know for certain thats why i am asking...

From what i saw, nothing.... it's somehow buggier than the original release of riptide, go to enter the camp after washing up shore? teleport off the edge of the bridge(which has a railing, it legit dropped me in the air next to the bridge XD) and they gutted somethings from what i saw during the prologue.

its still a different game idk me and 3 friends have 6 hours in our game already level 40 and 70% through the game still fun to run through with friends

This is superior to the stock/vanilla version for MODERN systems. What you really require is RipTide/Regular, this is similar/same to buying both Dying Light 1-2 series just for this Dead Island series. That way you can do a run of the first game, then import your character into RIPTIDE and play from there if you wish.
