It's most likely to get youthful characteristics in not h-oriented anime and soft ecchi, such as for example Suzu is Setokai Yakuindomo.

Adding a loli (or any other type, like grannies, for example) would require alternating game code. Currently voice bank is being randomly used for every mob type (at least i think so) but you'd have to add a special class for lolis/grannies/whatever. Think of the devs ;D

People like him that spout nonsense like that dont even know what pedophilia really is or as what it classifies - not even the age region it requires for a professional to put you into that category. So many people are uneducated :/

It's not random. Cats always use the "nya" voice, for example. Small/flat chests doesn't necessarily mean child either. There's tons of flat adults in Japan.

If you look at the game assests. the charaters are randomly genrated all from the same base charater. To get small chested ladies you would need a new base. That aslo means new cloths to fit the new base. Assest theard.
