What's the difference between the Cinematic Score and the Original Soundtrack?

Just curious about getting it. Would it really be worth it?

Score has music from cutscenes... i don't find those tunes attractive to listen out of game.
Soundtrack has background music (while you play), it has several tracks you can put in game playlist... You probably know all of the tunes if you've finished the game.
(this is only for Psychonauts of course, it that's what you meant)
