Crashes after the first cutscene

The game loads just fine, but once the intro cutscene is over and the loading screen with the birds appears, the birds just freeze and nothing happens. I tried both watching and skipping the cutscene, same result. Can anyone help?

My game seems to crash during level transitions. Works fine otherwise.

EDIT: Changing compatibility to Windows 95 fixes this.

Got the freeze crsh right after the birds fly over and the other nuts start running by for tranning.
GTX 650 ti.
Windows error repoeting says its StackHash_fd00 and after taking a look on the internet there are many programs that get this error, maunly from antivirus software but others also.
I had set the game to run in xp mode before launch.
Revoved xp mode, game played the first level but as soon as the next cutsceane,, bam crash again.
Turned of vsync, set resolution to 1920x1080 (native) cant figure this out.
Played COD 4 for over 2 hr on same pc no problume.
Turned off all video options video option size and game did not cash ingame or on exit.
