Through a combination of patience and dumb luck, I've found 11 of the items; however, I can't seem to turn them in for the half-reward. Every web page says Ranger Cruller, but where is he? I swear I've checked every location multiple times. Admiral Cruller won't take them, Janitor Cruller won't take them, Agent Cruller won't take them, and Chef Cruller won't take them. Can they only be redeemed in the daytime? Or do they have to be turned in as a set of eight or sixteen? I'm all guessed out here.
