Stuck at level 99, but all levels 100% complete

Think I hit a bug? So in the collective unconscious I see the floating "all levels 100% complete congratulations psychomaster" message, but I'm stuck at level 99. I have 8 psi cards so I guess I'm somehow missing one? I've turned in all the cobwebs to the ♥♥♥♥♥ machine so I'm not missing any there. Is it possible there's a bug?

I don't even know to this point comrade. The game has become a glitchfest.
But maybe you do miss some cards. Remember that you can see the amount of cards in each level and area by pausing the game.

thanks for the reply, yea it's strange, I checked each area of the over world (camp/insane asylum) and they're all collected as far as I can see.

Also, why did steam censor me? Is yspyg (backwards) a slur? That's literally what it's called in-game.

I don't even know what "g y p s y" means actually.

I forgot that if you have some cards left, you should give them to either Fort Cruller or the "Mage Bot" (that weird pirate looking thing at the beginning of the Meat Circus). That should raise your level I think.

If you have collected all the Cobwebs and Psi-Cards and turned them into Psi-Markers, there should be none left in your inventory. I.e. there are no 'leftovers' That you have 8 Psi-Cards means that you're missing one (A Cobweb or an Actual PSi-Card).

This is not necessary to get to lvl 100. It is necessary to get to lvl 101.

I dunno, maybe you missed an odd card in a random "Real world" map?
This game has a good number of glitches but i've not heard of it deleting psi cards.
