The game keeps minimizing when i start the game

i found a guide that suppose to fix the problem, but the thing is, both display are scaled at 100%, i also tried lowering the resolution of both display and it's not working. Does anyone have a different solution to this problem?

Then the only thing that come to mind that MIGHT fix the problem is lowering the refresh rate of the monitor/capping fps, or enable a compatibility option in the game's original .exe.

changing the refresh rate worked like a charm, tyvm
