It won't lauch!

When I try to launch it it says that it It crash it give you the option to "Reopen" or "Don't Reopen". No matter witch one I hit it starts to launch then before I even see the intro it crashes and then steam crashes! please help! ps. having the same trouble with gun monkeys.
