nothing will happen - game will not allow you to shoot 1,000 censors =)
after killing ~50 censors the generator will stop spawning more censors on that particular "difficulty". so player is forced to ramp-up the generator's tiers and overload it at the end
...but killing 1,000 of them would totally worth it if at the end Sasha will lament that he was expecting that Raz will overload the generator and he designed a nice level to test and sharp Raz's skills. on which Raz would reply that he knew that Sasha made that generator so slow on sole purpose that Raz would eventually get bored of it and overload it, so instead of playing by Sasha's rules Raz decided to go against his scheme, as some sort of Batmat Gambit[tvtropes.org]. on which Sasha would reply that he is impressed with Raz's unorthodox thinking and how he both cleverly read his mentor's ideas and managed to act uncanny, so he would still give Raz his merit badge and welcome him to still try out his shooting gallery for the heck of it
that would be a nice easter egg
