Need help finding a figment in Milla's race

I need help finding a figment in the race part of Milla's mind, it's the fifth figment in the third page (The one inbetween a star and a tv guy). I tried using a guide on gamefaqs but the wording of the location was just confusing to me (Though it might just be me being stupid). Thanks in advance
