gloria's theater glitch

let me start this off by saying i am not experienced with video games or electronics as a whole, and i might just throw my computer out the window if this keeps happening. Im playing on a mac, and i'm stuck on gloria's theater. I cant get to the hot air balloon to advance because whenever i approach the stage props raz seems to disappear and I just kind of have to guess where he is? i don't know how to fix this, any help? or am i screwed?

Can't really help. Mac ain't the best type of computer for gaming, and probably the worst for RETRO gaming.

If you make a screenshot and pubblish it somewhere I could see it, I might give you an hint on what might be the problem, but nonethless you'll have to wait for someone who has experience with a Mac or look up for a solution by yourself.
