Missing figment in Milla's Dance Party

Hi there everybody! So I decided to go for a 100% run of my favorite game and I've hit a bit of a snag. I've managed to collect all of the figment's in Milla's head except for 1. According to the menu it's in the Entrance/Lounge area (in the figments chart it's page 3, row 3, column 1). According to the guide I've been consulting when I get stuck, it says it's "in the round room past the bouncer, in the air over the ring above the middle row of arrows on the floor". I'm taking this to mean the circular room with the spinning platform of hazards you can levitate across, but the figment is nowhere to be found! The guide also says it's supposed to be a jumping frog, possibly green. Do you guys have any idea where it could be? Am I looking in the wrong room? Screenshots would be very much appreciated if you manage to find it!

Edit: Nevermind y'all, I'm a dumbass and was in the wrong room. For reference though, if anybody is missing that one, it's in the second room of the level (the first one past the room you start in, where all the disco lights are.) It's in the air above the middle row of arrows. It's a bit hard to see initially but if you float down from higher up, stand on the big curved doorway of the door you entered through and look towards the middle row of arrows it's a lot easier to see.

Good to know I am not the only one being a "dumbass", had problems with exact the same figment. Once you see it, you really feel stupid. Thanks for clarifying in your edit though, makes you less stupid than me

Thanks! You're a lifesaver! I was checking the same guide but the description is very confusing. Also, there is not a single video on the internet that shows a full 100% walkthrough for this world. I was in the wrong room just like you and even after finding the right room it was hard to see that freaking dancing frog, but I could finally spot it by following your instructions. Well, after 3-4 hours of searching... your description worked very quickly (versus the description you listed that I'm also following). I really wish I could contact that guide maker and provide a better description since it's otherwise extremely helpful. I would update it to:

3 (Page) Appearance: Jumping frog
3 (Row) Colour (field): Orange Colour (grid): Lime green
1 (Column) Figment Points: 6
Location: In the second room, past the bouncer (not there if beyond your first playthrough), go up one ring/story, look for the middle row of arrows on the ground level below, hop down to the floating platform closest to the middle arrows, and look down.
