Otherwise, I'd suggest checking the shelves in the houses. Sometimes the figments there look very much like solid objects and could be overlooked.
And there were definitely two figments hidden behind picture hooks. I needed to hang the frame that opens a doorway on some of the hooks - that opened doors to a hidden rooms with a figment inside.
There are two figments hidden "behind" a couple of picture frame hooks. To get them, you need to get the picture of a window, hang it on the specific hooks, then jump into the window.
If you have already done this and are still missing those figments, then the only thing I can suggest is going back to each figment location described in the guide until you find the missing figments. If you haven't beaten Black Velvetopia and are getting frustrated with the whole situation, try completing the story and coming back after to hunt for those figments. You might find it easier.
