Glitch on Milkman stage

I am compleatly halted from advancing in this game by this glitch. I can't enter anything into the keypad and therefore can't enter the code to advance the game. Even before then the game was not running very stabely, with objects rapidly flickering in the campgrounds. Anything I can do to fix this?

do you use amd? if not try reinstalling direct x

Yes, R9 380. Is there any fix short of buying a new GPU.

Did you use number keys instead of WASD or directional keys to click the numbers on the keypad?

Go to your CCC Control Center for your graphics card. Click on the Gaming tab. Select 3D application settings. Go down to Anti Aliasing method and click the arrow in the box till Adaptive is selected.

I had the same problem and I took a speedrunner's shortcut on youtube to skip this glitch: I used the levitation ball to go directly to the pipe, that goes to the next level, under the ground( sorry for the bad english). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1W_SBAD8udo at 40:25 Hope this helps someone.
