Not really. Its the first time her face was seen clearly. Its just kind of different to her previous persona because this time her face seems cute, at least for me.

I think current diana actually looks exactly like the novel. They both have sensual lips.

There was a hitman book... with pictures?

No, it was a novel. The novel described diana had a high forehead and sexy lips. I picture it must be like current diana.

they're trying to appeal to dumb teenagers. look at her waistline in a fleece jacket. must be one of those corset varieties with no padding at the waist.

her face was never seen, true. so the change makes no sense. even absolution hid her face

Yeah, it was just a little surprising. It wasn't even like a reveal or anything. They just showed her face as if we haven't always kept that hidden in previous games. Out of the context of the series and how the camera has always framed her.. its nothing special, but to suddenly change this long established trend with no apperent reason...

It was like "oh... I guess we aren't doing that anymore.. ok"

Hm. I suppose in 20 years she could age into the Diana from Absolution. I kind of find it silly to make a rapport between Diana and 47 so early though - was always under the impression they grew an understanding over years, hence 47 not killing her when he finally met her in Blood Money and indeed trusting her to some small degree. From that meeting I got the impression they'd never seen eachother face to face. So for her to randomly have always supported him when there's no need...it's very...'why would she?'

Only they know that special bond between them.
It can't be love because they are living in a world where they can be the next target tomorrow. The only thing they share is the 100% trust between each other, and diana already prove that first in Blood Money.

I miss not being able to see her face and how that gave her voice a mystical meaning.
