Expand our ability to effect the loot

I think because there are so many weapons even in the demo it would be real nice if you could be able to affect the loot pool(by excluding certain items and weapons, giving stuff extra chance to spawn, extra choices for boxes).

Even removing weapon loot boxes alltogether after a certain point(about minute 10), so you won't be getting those. Also cap the amount of resources you need to open boxes at about 3-500 max, you can't scarce up money for shop if you want to keep with wawe strenght.

Yes I seen the 3 hour runs! But don't optimize the game for the best players, but the average!
