anyway to cheat gil?

i can't find any working trainers and i'm dumb when it comes to cheat engine since cheat engine doesn't always work and if it does work then you need more knowledge to dig deep into the coding/settings to pull it off.

unless someone feels like uploading a quick working gil cheat.
i just want to max out on shurikens, fumas and buy the auction house items.

the slagworm and cactuar with the occasional gigantuar just messes me up sometimes and i have to keep saving after each encounter which s just annoying.

Cheat Engine works fine for this game. You probably only need to search for your exact gil amount and if that's ambiguous change the amount and search again to narrow it down.

Specifically I verified the Rage data structure is identical in this version years ago.

On a side note, this version is prone to semi-rare save corruption. Keep periodic backups.

Yeah, cheat engine for money tends to be really easy, but sometimes in games you have to do it anew each time.

the thing with that is that it doesn't show me the results after the second search

You’re being given two or three ways to get what you want and each time you say it doesn’t work. Learned helplessness is annoying.

Just use my cheat table found by google searching "Mewi cheat final fantasy VI" ;p It is a pretty simple table, although it does take some basic knowledge of how to use a cheat table. I'd recommend looking up a guide. Just adjust the "value" section in most cases.
