Thus, most of the bug fixes in the GBA version are also present here.
So I suppose yes, it should have the same fixes and errors as the GBA version.
- Vanish-Doom no longer works. You either kill them the hard way or you use Dread Gaze/Death attacks to instant kill them if they aren't Stone and/or Deathproof.
- Sketch Bug is non-existent. There are no consequences if it misses other than a wasted command.
- Physical Evasion works correctly
- I think that is fixed, but I haven't tested
- Most of Gau's Rages work correctly. He still has the Criticalproof issue, some Rages can't be buffed by Image or Vanish (my Gau Guide covers this in the Rages with Curses section) and Deathproof sometimes doesn't work right.
- All monster names and dialogue is GBA
- Rippler Bug is non-existent. I have been hit with Rippler on Shadow before and Intercepter still came to my aid throughout the game.
- Not sure about Bad Breath. Primarily because I wear Ribbons all the time and I usually waste Malboros first so the Bad Breath script (only cast as a Last Stand) never happens. If it does exist, you are ♥♥♥♥ out of luck cause about 3/4 of the monster roster is immune to Imp.
I do know that Break will fail on enemies that are Deathproof regardless of Stoneproofing, which is why you need to use Gau's Dread Gaze against non-Stoneproof and Deathproof enemies.
I am not 100% sure, but it seems like the bug that makes you imune to multiple status effects in 1 attack (and also imp) while you are protected only from "imp" is still present.
Example... Bad Breath + White Cape (protects from imp) = same effect as ribbon.
However, since the Physical evasion of my Shadow afterwards was over 100%, I didn't really need Interceptor's aid for the superbosses.
I can test the Bad Breath/Disaster bug when I can. I do know being Impproof doesn't save you from Diabolic Whistle, but that chooses 1 random status out of a group and applies it each cast.
