How to change window size?
Am I missing something, or is there no option for making the window for the game larger?

Start FF VI launcer and change settings before you start the game.
poor res options though

Alt-Enter to toggle full screen/windowed.

In the Launcher as well, before booting the game

How do you get to the launcher? I click the icon and it goes straight to the title screen.

*edit* Oh, I see, straight from the Steam game list.
