The Soul Shrine is done and boy was it fun, now let me help you all and tell you HOW I did it...

To just try your absolute best group vs everything was a joy and I am truly happy for the update.

I am a little annoyed that OMEGA Weapon was added in, now that I have to rebeat the "Dragon Den" yet again but this time, it won't be as hard though as I pretty much know of the quicker ways through the Dungeon and all the dragons are dead now.

To help, this is what I had and who I used.

My party consisted of Terra, Celes, Edgar and the fourth person really didn't matter but I picked Locke.

What they were equiped with is listed and all of their levels were between the high 50s and low 60s. I will even go so far as state what the suggested roles they did were.

and a Ribbobn
I used Terra as the major spell caster. She keeps the party alive and is more than likely the one to caste Revive type spells.


Celes:
Lightbringer
Oath Veil
Genji Glove
Ultima Weapon (Trust me, this helps a LOT here to have this, if you don't have it rebeat the end tower again with the final version of Kefka and STEAL the Ultima Weapon AND the Ragnarok from Rest and Lady - Even just sit and keep stealing until you have BOTH sword and don't attack until you do.)
Master Scroll
also the Minerva Buster

Celes is the MAJOR fighter of the group. Just keep her alive and let her do what she is set up for, to keep attacking for 8x hits per turn and the Ultima weapon pays in spades if you keep her HP up...she pretty much cleared up the entire board far more often than not and she is BY FAR the Primary to save with Terra being next...the other two are more of a meh.


Edgar:
Ragnarok (I stole it the same time as the Ultima Weapon and I didn't want to waste the sword..it does help here.)

Aegis Shield
Genji Armor
Dragoon Boots

Edgar is your "ace in the hole". If EVERYTHING goes to garbage, HOPEFULLY Edgar is in the air with his attack and if you didn't cast "Life 3 - I am from FF3 from the SNES and I remember the names better there is all" on anyone but Edgar is in the air, the spell of Ultima won't kill you off until your HP is high enough where it doesn't matter.

I put the Dragon Boots on him as if he is going up to attack by jumping, he should do a few hits instead of wasting two turns to do one...if you are going to use the Dragoon Boots...use the horn as well.

Edgar is a good "extra" of the same, so to say. He is a good complement to the group and I highly suggest using him in the group.


And Locke,

I used Locke almost exclusively for his Mugging command over any other as I truly wanted an item or two to complete my list. Locke is the weakest of the set and feel free to switch him for whoever else...with the top three, even using a 'turd' from the bathroom would work.

But I cannot stress this enough, even if you have to rebeat the End Guys Kefka tower again and using Locke just to steal from "Rest" and "Lady" for the Ultima Weapon and Ragnarock again. USE the Master Scroll and Genji Glove on a character and make sure ONE of those swords is the Ultima Weapon. With the other characters, have them as a PRIMARY keep her alive and well healed.

With this setup, I beat the Soul Shrine quite easily and I tore up Kaiser Dragon so badly it wasn't hard at all. Even the "Urns" fell to me but it was far easier to just pay them in the Soul Shrine.

Also, make sure you QUICKSAVE after every set and if the off chance that you KNOW that you will die, just reset the game by closing it and restart from the save and not from the start again.

I didn't do this, but it does work. I wish you all well and this does work and the Master Crown reward cannot even be actually worn and yoou hold it in your "Unique" spot like the fish from the WOR starting island and the like. It just sits there and you can't even use it.

Now that I beat the Soul Shrine and then later on, the Omega Weapon, I have one question. What exact way can I just cheat to have items, levels, OR Espers added to a brand new game so I can just replay the few scenes I like instead of farm heavily for both money and/ or experience with spell casting.

I am just really, really tired of "farming" and I would just like to replay the areas I would like to play again is all now that I 100% finished this game. So what works and thank you for your help.
