How do you beat the Ultima weapon?
I've been trying for ages and it's too difficult.

Depends on your party. I beat him at 26 with Cyan/Gau/Terra/Shadow quite easily.

It helps if you cast Slow on him on Turn 1 and slap down Zona Seeker for Shell as most of his damage potential is Magic. Wearing Gaia Gears or getting people off the ground for Float helps.

Well, to be honest, any party can crush him, just some characters (eg. Celes, Sabin, Gau) have it easier than others.
