Those aren't 1080p just because the emulator is outputting at 1080p. They are the same source as the original.

I'm not sure why they didn't include them, but they were only in the PS1 port.

Same with the anime cutscenes from CT in the same Anthology set. It wouldn't have hurt to put them in a bonus section or something. At least I still have my old copy of anthology and chronicles, and youtube is a thing.
