How do i stop the random encounters in this game?
I have found cheats so far for infinite health and one hit kills but holy crap every freaking 2 steps that i do i get a random encounter, i can't even reach my quest without spending 20 mins each time, i tried the cheat engine and the trainers but none of these worked im still getting random encounters every 2-3 steps and it makes the game unplayable, the other final fantasy games arent like this

There's a relic which removes encounters, but it requires a specific character.

There are 2 methods. One cuts down on the frequency and the other flat out stops it.

If you complete the dinner sequence with a perfect score (answer questions correctly and talk to all the guards), you get the Ward Bangle which halves it. Anyone can wear this.

In the World of Ruin, you can get Mog back at Narshe. Where he was standing is the Moogle Charm, which prevents you from encountering enemies, but only Mog can use it.

And to be perfectly honest, I have played FFs and points where I got a random battle almost every step (people who play FF1 PSP will DEFINITELY know this) and I sucked it up. If you want to speed through battles quickly, then do efficient commands (eg. Auto-Crossbow low HP enemies, Gau has Rages that can mass spread Death fast against any opponent, Banish, etc.) The fact you have to cheat just to play this game due to your own impatience is just sad.

If i did not have Mog in the first world can i still get him in Wolrd of Ruin? I am on the final chapter with Kefka but it looks like i need Mog for that tower

You can still get Mog simply by going to Narshe's Moogle Cave and he will still join you. The only reason to invite him in WoB is so you can start stat tempering him early for WoR.

As for the tower itself, you will only have 1 party that will be Battleproof, you will still have to adapt 2 teams for standard combat and the Mog team will still have to face bosses. If you got Ward Bangles those help. But I suggest still having 3000-4000 HP for Kefka cause those bosses aren't pushovers in damage output either.

But the real threats are in the Palace tilesets (Yojimbos, Ahriman, Cherry/Outsiders, etc.) which a combination of Stop (Ahriman and Outsiders) and Imp (Yojimbo and Cherry) can help a LLP defeat.
