Prohibitive prices, no regional pricing for Argentina. Again?

Can anyone explain why they are not using regional pricing for the argentinian store or LATAM stores?, those new prices for the "remasters" are really prohibitive for our economy, we need the regional prices, i mean they just made the games 40x more expensive than older/regular versions, they didn't even changed the portraits for the games, it's just insulting. I can assure you that there will be very few sales in my country as a result of this.

PS In top of that we have to pay an additional 65% to the final value for national taxes. It's weird because some of the games published by Square Enix are listed with regional prices but many of them, the big majority are really overpriced for us.

I really hope they start to change those user-unfriendly policies.

Sadly it has nothing to do with that, taxes only affect the user perse. And the prices are completly optional for the publishers, they easily choose whether or not to use regional prices, and as you can see we do have regional prices for other Square Enix games, I think it is somewhat arbitrary.

This isn't limited to this game. I've been seeing massive price spikes for Argentina in many game forums here on steam.

I'm sure the economic collapse happening in Argentina has nothing to do with it.
