Game stuck at the ending cutscene

After I beat the final boss and the credit start the game kinda freeze on this particular scenery

the water is animated,and the music keeps rolling until it ends(and it actually popped out the game finished achievement after 40 min of this screen)

I tried:cache verification,unistalling and reinstalling(so no mods involved),put the game in windowed mode,change language from italian to english(I had a similiar problem with FFIV TAY regarding the language in the ending cutscene,but there the game crashed)and put the .exe in windows 7 compatibility mode.

Done a quick research and didn't found people with similiar problem.
If you have some suggestion it would be very much apreciated,otherwise if you can share a savefile imediately after the ending dungeon you'll be a lifesaver(i don't care about lore done that achievement already,neither gau's rages)
I'm in the middle of playing all the FF from III to XII and I realy want to get all the achievements in this one to pass over to VII...

This happened to others too and at the exact same spot. I'm not sure if they ever solved it.

My file is totally complete. I could however try loading your file and see if I get the crash. If I do, it would mean it's a save corruption bug. Feel free to try and nag me if you want to try that.

I copy/pasted everything in 382900 folder,if I'm not mistaken the savefile should be there

It locked up for me too. The question is whether it can be avoided then.

It was a trip going in blind with your party with a Curse Shield (I presume) Terra. Almost made it through with her but it ran out exactly as round 3 ended, alas.

I'll try and try again later after changing accessories and using a different party for the battle, etc.

ahahaha was farming for the paladin shield before the final boss,since i can't go on,why didn't you unequipped that?
I already tried changing party,and equipment too.
I presume my safe file is done for need to find a workaround to finish this game then

You already tried changing all the equipment and stuff, so you didn't have the shield on all the time for every try? My wild guess was going to be that the Paladin Shield was unlocking during the final battle or something. My other wild guess was going to be unfinished business in the town but no you have Phoenix so it's not that either.

I wonder what the heck is wrong. I've heard about other bugs like invisible characters with Sprint Shoes equipped and such but I never saw if they had a solution other than restarting.

It's a shame since these bugs don't hit most people, but the save corruption bugs are definitely a real thing.

it's the second most breaking bug I got in this game.
the first one was still in the final dungeon after the second dragon boss fight,when you have to stand on the switch,imediatly after I enter the area where the switch was the character was blocked by a invisible wall,I had to redo all the dungeon...
About the paladin shield,no it wasn't unlocking cause I have done some battle when I reloaded the save file after the bug occurred,neither the quest in town,I have locke in the party and when you found him in the phoenix dungeon a long cutscene start and you have to do nothing to finish that quest,it ends itself.
The problem now is:or I restart the game,or I find a save file with uncompleted dragon's den and post game stuffs so I can be in peace with myself.

I was one of the people in the above mentioned thread list with a game that hung in Mobliz during the end cutscene. My current playthough is bug free. The only thing that I've changed this time is not using Cheat Engine.

This version of the game has one or more save corruption bugs. It's really unfortunate they never bothered supporting it. Each of the Pixel Remaster editions individually received more support than "old ver" FFV and FFVI combined.

I had to clear it on my other save I did with only, Celes, Edger, Locke and Sabin. Afterwards, pick up the other characters.
