Approaching endgame for first time...

As the title says, I think i'm more or less at the point where I could head into the final dungeon (the interdimensional rift I assume) - this is my first time playing through FFV though, so i'd like to do a lot of if not all of the endgame content so i'm just wanting to clarify what I can do and when.

The most recent story stuff I did was collect all 4 tablets, got all 12 sealed weapons, fought bahamut, saw hiryu off and got phoenix. There are no blank spots in my black / white / blue magic, all summons (no blank spots, final being bahamut). I found that underwater rift which i was able to pick up the oracle / cannoneer / gladiator jobs - from what limited stuff i've read online, there is a bunch of endgame content locked in this same location (2 doors were locked) but from what i've read - I can't do it yet, is it correct I have to finish the game (kill exdeath?) before being able to do this and collect the final job?

I'm just trying to make sure I don't end the game and lock myself out of it, i'm guessing you're left to explore and play in the world after the final dungeon or something?

If theres anything else I should look into doing that I either havent mentioned or looks like its slipped by me, it'd be much appreciated :)

Oh, I also do need to do a lap of the world on boko for some dude in the phantom village, but that shouldn't be difficult.

Don't forget to get the Tinkle Bell (use time magic and steal) and the last piece of Genji Armor. And four dragon lances for Shinryu and Neo Shinryu (again, use time magic and steal).
