And again... no Japanese language. Just wtf?
And it will still be missing the fmvs.
Were the backgrounds changed as well? They don't quite look like older SNES level quality but for somre reason I can't tell.
The fmv's missing is VERY odd. However, I guess they don't really matter? I've never played the game, I'm assuming there are fmv's at the beginning to hype you up but none during the game? Either way there is no excuse not to add them.
so those are obviously changed too. But hey, it's clear everything is still tile based, so getting access to the image files and changing them to match the old tiles should be simple... if not time consuming.
This looks pretty damn complete!
As ugly as the new sprites are, they would still look better than the originals blown up at much higher res. To get something that looks great they'd have to be redone with the same style as FF I, II and IV on PSP. I doubt anyone will ever do it though, that's likely a lot of work.
It doesn't work this way, you can't just add original sprites in a new remastered atmosphere, it will look off. I guess anything would look better than the current sprites lol, would love to see this mod.
We need something like this http://i.imgur.com/Il4vvb5.png sadly this is just a fanart, this artist should work in SE instead of this "veteran character designer" which used to be good, sad.
